IBR has
a stock with about 10.000 spares always available
on its shelves; usually when our sales dpt receive
the order by 12.00 a.m., the spare's shipment is organized
in the afternoon and customer will receive the package
next day.
In order
to obtain schemes, manuals, technical service and
spare parts it is essential to formulate a request
as follow:
- Serial
number of the machine;
- Model and version of the machine;
- A reference of the required spare from the manual
or a very clear photo;
- A complete description of the found matters for
the reason why it is required the technical service;
- A phone and a name of the contact person;
